Effective September 3, 2026 · SMCI Media LLC

We want everything SMCI Media LLC publishes to be usable by as many people as possible, including people using a screen reader, a keyboard alone, or a magnified display.

1. What we aim for

We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as our target. This site has not been audited by an independent third party, so we describe that as the standard we work towards rather than one we certify against.

2. What that means on this site

3. Where we know we fall short

Some content embedded from other providers on our wider properties is outside our control, and we cannot guarantee its accessibility. Older documents and files may not meet the same standard as the pages around them. Where we find a gap, we fix it or offer another way to get the same information.

4. Telling us about a problem

If any part of this site is hard to use, please tell us. Email founder@smcimedia.com with the address of the page, what you were trying to do, and what happened. Say which assistive technology and browser you use if you can, because it helps us reproduce the problem.

We aim to reply within five business days, and to fix the problem or give you another way to get the information in the meantime.

5. Another way to get the same information

Anything published on this site can be sent to you by email in a plain, unstyled format. Ask and we will send it.
