Links to sites we do not operate are offered for convenience. We do not control them, and we are not responsible for their content, their products, or their privacy practices. Following one is at your own risk.

6. No warranty

This site is provided as it is and as it is available. We work to keep it accurate and online, and we still cannot warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of anything harmful, or that everything on it is complete and current. To the fullest extent the law allows, SMCI Media LLC and its member, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or connected with your use of this site, whether the claim is brought in contract, in tort, or on any other basis, and whether or not we were told such a loss was possible.

Our total liability for any claim connected with this site is limited to one hundred United States dollars. Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section and the one above it may not apply to you.

We may change this site and these terms at any time. The effective date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after that date means you accept the current version.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute connected with this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.

10. If part of this does not hold

If any part of these terms is held to be unenforceable, that part is limited or removed to the smallest degree necessary and the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a term on one occasion does not waive it.
